We incorporate various means and modalities which allow our clients to compete at their highest level of athletic performance. Through the use of extensive plyometrics, speed, agility, quickness, and strength/resistance training we bring our athletes to the top of their game. We also ensure the health and well-being of our athletes by providing preventative rehabilitation as well as mobility and flexibility training maximizing longevity for competition. Cameron Nichols acquired his passion in attaining a career in physical therapy and coaching while he attended high school at The Seattle Academy. During his high school career, he set a new standard with a number of broken records in sports such as basketball and track. His determination followed at the University of Oregon, where he attended college and worked as an agent advisor for Sports Management World Wide and a AAU boys basketball coach for the Eugene Ballers. After majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business, Cameron worked on-staff at Seattle University for the Women's Basketball Team. He served as a team manager and a personal assistant to coach Joy Holingsworth. Afterwards, he contributed his time with the first annual H206 Charity Basketball event where all proceeds went to the A Plus Youth Program. Currently, Cameron is the co-owner and co-founder of NS Performance, a company that utilizes athletic ability and stamina in youth by maximizing their agility, core and overall focus. Cameron received his certification in personal training from The American Fitness Institute.
Matt Stahlberg began his love for coaching immediately following a college football career at Southeast Missouri State where he played defensive end and outside linebacker. After his senior season, Matt began assisting with the strength and conditioning department working with football and women’s basketball focusing primarily on rehabilitation and preventative means of training. Completing his undergraduate career with a degree in University Studies, Matt then moved to Seattle to attend Seattle University’s Masters program where he worked in the strength and conditioning department as a graduate assistant and assistant coach for a year and a half. In that time, he oversaw the year-round training for men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s tennis, and women’s basketball developing their overall athletic ability by means of increasing their strength, agility, endurance and stamina. During his time at Seattle University, Matt acquired a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification where he was trained by US Olympic weightlifting coach Roger Nielsen in sport specific and Olympic movements as well as training modalities for athletic improvement. Currently, Matt is a coach and co-owner/co-founder at NS Performance where he continues to carry out his passion for sports and training athletes to their maximum potential. When Matt is not in the gym, he is spending his time with his wife Cristin and daughter Peyton.
Anthony Watkins is a former D1 collegiate football player at Oregon State University. He was a two-year starter at Safety, where he led the team in tackles junior year with 85 and played in three bowl games (Sun Bowl, Vegas Bowl, Alamo Bowl). While attending Oregon State, Anthony received his BS degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an option in Fitness and Nutrition. His senior year he interned under Bryan Miller, Head Strength Coach at OSU and 3rd runner up in 2012 for Best Football Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Nation. Throughout Anthony’s four years at OSU, he coached youth football camps and high school weight training programs.Since graduating in January 2013, Anthony has been a personal trainer at multiple gyms and facilities. During this time, he has been mentored and trained by the highly respected Tim Manson. Tim has trained professional athletes such as Nate Robinson, Kevin Durant and Brandon Gibson. In 2014, Anthony battled his way back from sports hernia surgery to earn a spot at both the CFL (Edmonton Eskimos) and NFL (Chicago Bears) mini camps. Along his journey Anthony has continued to train professional athletes in basketball, football, and a variety of youth, high school and collegiate athletes. Anthony Specializes in sports specific training such as speed, agility, strength training, weight lifting programs, injury reduction and individual and group training.
